Fun Food Holidays™ March 25th is National Lobster Newburg Day
Some Fun Food Holidays owe their existence to some pretty famous fine dining establishments. Lobster Newburg debuted at the noteworthy New York restaurant Delmonico's way back in the 1870s. And, nearly a century and a half later, we have National Lobster Newburg Day to recognize this elegant and fashionable dish.
