This popcorn snack has a hint of nacho flavors when coated with paprika, crushed red pepper, cumin, butter, and Parmesan cheese.

ingredients

1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup butter, melted
10 cups warm popped popcorn
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

directions

Combine the paprika, crushed red pepper, cumin, and butter in a small bowl.

Toss warm popcorn with the butter mixture.

Sprinkle with the Parmesan and serve.

    Not overly spicy but good flavor. Use the really finely grated parmesan so it sticks better (dare I suggest the stuff in the green can if you can't freshly grate it?).

    OH MY this was good! Instead of crushed red pepper I used cayenne and Parmeson on nachos didn't quite seem right so I used cotijo instead.
