Not overly spicy but good flavor. Use the really finely grated parmesan so it sticks better (dare I suggest the stuff in the green can if you can't freshly grate it?).

OH MY this was good! Instead of crushed red pepper I used cayenne and Parmeson on nachos didn't quite seem right so I used cotijo instead.
