Corn Syrup, (Dark) Substitute
For each cup of Dark Corn Syrup called for, use 3/4 cup light corn syrup and 1/4 cup light molasses;
or
1 1/4 cups firmly packed dark brown sugar and 3 to 4 tablespoons water.
