Spaghetti Sauce, Too Acidic
If your spaghetti sauce starts tasting too acidic while you're cooking it throw a couple of carrots in. Remove before serving. You can also add a pinch of sugar to try to balance it out. Start with only a pinch as it doesn't take much!
